Qualifications or Performance:(1) The manufacturer should have experience in manufacturing similar equipment and have sales performance. The manufacturer has an agent or maintenance organization in China to provide long-term maintenance service for the product. The equipment recommended by the bidder should be mature and reliable, and there must be more than 5 sales records of smart shelves or STK of the same type of equipment from January 2020 to now, and the user's response is good (bidders need to provide contract or order performance proof data). (2) Once winning the bid, the bidder must be the contracting party that has signed the project contract with the tenderer. If the bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, his bid will be rejected. (Note: In the bidding, who must bid, who won the bid, who signed the contract, can not A bid, B signed the contract.)
