1、Bidding Conditions
Overview:Shijiazhuang Urban Rail Transit Line 6 has a total length of about 36km. The first phase of the project starts from the east side of the intersection of East Second Ring Road and Huaizhong Road in the west, with a total length of about 12.576km. All of the lines are underground lines, and there are 9 stations, including 4 transfer stations, which transfer to Line 1 in Liucun Station, Line 3 in Nandou Station, and Line 9 in planning at Shilipu Station and the Pearl River Avenue Station. The first phase of the project is equipped with Dongzuo Depot. The control center is connected to the network control center located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Changjiang Avenue and Qinling Avenue.
The vehicles used in this project are B-type cars, with an initial 4-car formation, a mixed 4/6-car formation in the near future, and a 6-car formation in the long term. Each car has 4 doors on one side and is powered by a DC1500V overhead contact system, with a maximum operating speed of 80km/h. Purchase 18 sets of 4-car trains.
The delivery location of the vehicle is Dongzuo Depot of Line 6 Phase I Project (tentative), and the first train delivery time is May 2026 (tentative). The quality assurance period of the vehicle is 24 months from the initial operation date of this line.
Source of Funds:The tenderer has secured the purchase funds and will ensure the smooth implementation of all contracts under this project.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder (or the leader of the bidding consortium if it is a consortium) shall be a rail transit vehicle traction system manufacturer from the People's Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade relations with the People's Republic of China, capable of providing the bidding goods and services;
(2) The bidder must have at least one sales performance of urban rail transit vehicle traction system project within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions) in the past five years (from January 1, 2020 to the bidding deadline). If the seller in the sales performance is a consortium, the bidder should be the leader of the seller consortium. The performance of this project must be evidenced by a copy of the sales contract agreement and consortium agreement (if required) signed between the bidder and the end user (urban rail transit construction or operation unit) after January 1, 2020, and must be stamped with the bidder's official seal; If the bidder bids in the form of a consortium, the above "bidder" refers to any member of the consortium.
(3) The bidder (or the leader if it is a consortium) shall have a quality management system certification issued by a certification body recognized by relevant national departments.
