3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder

If the bidder is an agent, it must provide the following documents: ① A copy of the bidder's business license and medical device business enterprise license, stamped with the bidder's official seal; ② Copies of the equipment manufacturer's business license and medical device production license, stamped with the bidder's official seal; ③ An original authorization letter issued by the equipment manufacturer, or an original authorization letter issued by the manufacturer's wholly-owned domestic subsidiary, or an original authorization letter issued by the manufacturer's authorized regional agent.6) An original or a copy of the original bank credit reference issued by the bidder's account bank within three months prior to the opening of the bids.7) At the time of bidding, the original manufacturer's technical data sheet (TDS) must be provided, and the evaluation will be based on this
